The introduction meeting – in this session I will learn about you, what your needs are, who the event is for, and how many guests will be invited. I will ask, among other things, whether the event will take place in the winter? Summer? An open space or a closed one? At home? What your dreams are? What will the theme be? And what is your budget? I will help you answer all these questions in order for us to start our way.

Should we start? Within the budget you have set, we’ll decide and build a “skeleton” of the event according to your theme that will fulfil all your wishes. 

Displaying a variety of options, you’ll receive several neat and detailed plans from me, based on your requirements. Plans will include alternatives to the scene while taking weather conditions into account, suitable geographic, location, access roads, cost, theme, culinary, design, and everything else required in response to the emerging concept.

Work preparation – together we will construct the atmosphere of the event, engage the content, close the concept, discuss details, select the right suppliers for you until we’ve received a work plan in which we know that every supplier knows their responsibility and how they all works together to complete the puzzle.  

Show Time – it’s your time to be happy, have fun, go out and entertain. I’ll professionally supervise, connect the service providers, address every need that will pop up, and make sure the event goes as planned from start to finish
